Abel López Fernández, se inicio en el Club Cuicacalli con Gabriel García Durán y desde entonces lleva metido en el tenis como profesor 19 años.
Actualmente labora en el Club La Asunción tres años y tres meses. Abel fue visto en la ATEM durante una junta en la que se concedieron las sedes de campeonatos nacionales.
Abel estará involucrado en el V Campeonato Nacional en La Asunción, también serán sedes el Toluca, San Carlos y Los Encinos.
