Cuando te involucras en el fascinante mundo del tenis como jugador, entrenador, manejador, promotor, empresario es posible que recorras caminos que jamás imaginaste donde conocerás todo tipo de gente de diversas nacionalidades.
Por lo antes expuesto les platicaré de Doroteo Herrera Santos, a quien conocimos desde que era chamaco y que se fue formando en el Berimbau.
Con espíritu de nómada cambió de clubes buscando condiciones laborales mejores y de repente aparece en Estados Unidos laborando con jugadores de clase mundial, siendo un referente Emilio Sánchez Vicario.
Vía facebook llegamos a contactar a Doroteo y grande fue la sorpresa cuando le preguntamos desde donde estaba haciendo contacto y cuando nos dijo que de China llegamos a la conclusión de que ese chamaco efectivamente es un nómada que no tuvo miedo de conocer y adaptarse en países lejanos donde la cultura es muy diferente a la nuestra.
Hoy en día Doroteo ha adquirido conocimientos importantes y mucho se debe a que supo aprovechar las oportunidades que brinda un deporte universal como lo es el tenis.
