Balam Navarro, fue campeón de la edición anterior del Campeonato Nacional de 21 años con sede en Jalisco.

Este año esta en la calificación, lo cual indica que las previas llegan a ser un dolor de muelas porque llegan jugadores que no se inscribieron como el caso de Balam o otros que no tienen el ranking federado, pero que juegan muy bien.

Balam venció en la primera ronda a Astri Salame y lo hizo en dos sets.
