El veracruzano César “Tiburón” Ramírez y el queretano Miguel Ángel Reyes Varela fueron los monarcas del México II en Veracruz y ahora en el Berimbau ya están en cuartos de final del México III al imponerse a Hans Hach y Alan Núñez por 7-5, 6-4.

En los cuartos de final, Ramírez y Reyes Varela rivalizarán ante los argentinos Maximiliano Estevez y Juan Pablo Ficovich, verdugos de los mexicanos Mauricio Astorga y Tigre Hank por 2-6, 6-1, 11-9.

En otro match el estadounidense Kevin King y el sudafricano Dean O´Brien (3),doblegaron al potosino Manuel Sánchez y al búlgaro Boris Nicola Bakalov por 6-4, 6-4.
