El gran Leonardo Lavalle Moreno, actual capitán del seleccionado Copa Davis, tuvo un día muy emocionante que terminó con una derrota de México ante Australia.

La potosina Daniela Morales fue superada por la  australiana Destanee Aiava por 2/6, 7/6 (3), 6-4.

Daniela tuvo chance de cerrar el partido, pero de acuerdo a lo que se nos informó se le escaparon dos puntos de match y terminó perdiendo.

María José Portillo no pudo hacer mucho ante la australiana Kimberly Birrell por 6/1, 6/1.
